Business Unit Overview:
The Aladdin Wealth Tech team partners with wealth management clients to help them oversee their enterprise risk, build better portfolios and enhance their value proposition to clients. This is achieved by leveraging risk analytics – powered by Aladdin® – to equip wealth management clients with model construction capabilities, risk monitoring tools, and portfolio construction & analytics. The Aladdin Wealth Tech team is part of the wider BlackRock Solutions (BRS) business, which is uniquely positioned to address the industry’s risk management, portfolio construction and financial technology demands.
Position Description:
We are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to support our clients across a range of activities including relationship management, project management, implementation of Aladdin Wealth capabilities, and providing product feedback and direction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own relationships with client teams, including senior management, to understand their business objectives and needs, and help them use Aladdin Wealth to achieve their firm’s goals.
- Be an extension of the client’s in-house team to build and lead projects and coordinate resources across multiple functional areas and share knowledge relating to Aladdin Wealth functionality, workflows, and market best-practices
- Partner with the client, as well as Aladdin Wealth product managers, developers, and analytics specialists to support client development needs and assist with deployment of new capabilities and continue to enhance the service provided.
- Build strong internal relationships within BlackRock Solutions, and the wider BlackRock globally, in support of your clients
- Manage, oversee and mentor team of junior relationship managers
Required Skills and Experience
- 6-10 years of work experience in the financial services industry
- Strong interest and familiarity with FinTech and the Wealth Management industry
- Proficient in market trends
- Working understanding of portfolio construction and analytics
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients
- Ambitious approach to large, complex projects, with strong problem solving/analytical thinking skills
- Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and works well as part of a multi-disciplinary global team
For California only the salary range for this position is $199,500 – $240,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
