Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and fashion-forward Retail Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. If you have a keen eye for merchandising, a passion for building relationships with customers, and a desire to curate a memorable shopping experience both in-store and online, we want you on our team! We’re looking for someone motivated, eager to grow with us, and ready to take on a leadership role in many aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail & Customer Experience
- Provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
- Guide and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
- Assist customers with styling apparel, jewelry, accessories, and home décor.
Merchandising & Inventory Management
- Maintain a visually appealing store layout.
- Oversee product displays and seasonal merchandising.
- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently through Shopify.
- Build strong relationships with merchandise reps to stay ahead of trends and secure must-have products.
E-Commerce & Social Media
- Upload and manage products on Shopify.
- Keep online inventory updated and accurate.
- Create and post engaging social media content to drive in-store and online traffic.
- Be comfortable on camera for social media content, showcasing new arrivals, styling tips, and promotions.
Operations & POS Management
- Utilize point-of-sale software for transactions.
- Manage solo operations while maintaining strong communication with the team.
