**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and drive construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage and contract subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints to align project goals and team action.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling and material procurement efficiently.
- Provide accurate project estimates and monitor budgetary controls.
- Organize and prepare for inspections to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Implement robust quality assurance practices and maintain strong attention to detail.
