Position Overview
Rolling Hills Food Services, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team at Fort Moore. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining and enforcing our high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure that all operations align with safety protocols, customer requirements, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for food services to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Set and enforce health and safety standards during food preparation and handling to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure daily compliance with food safety and sanitation standards among all employees.
- Inspect the facility regularly to ensure adherence to the food service contract and identify any areas for improvement.
- Conduct surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and ensure quality standards are meeting their requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct safety, food safety, and sanitation classes for employees, ensuring continuous education and adherence to food safety protocols.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills : Ability to assess risks, analyze safety data, and implement corrective actions.
