Starting Pay: $18.50 an hour
Mon-Friday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Requirements
New Product Intake / Cubiscan
- Scan inventory items using the Cubiscan unit
- Take quality photographs of new products for internal records (Each, PDQ, Case)
- Collect accurate item dimensions and weights at each, case, and pallet levels using the Cubiscan for each and case measurements
- Work with the system administrator to ensure that correct measurements are reflected in both Netsuite and Deposco
- Keep up to date records of pallet configurations and make item palletization sheets for every item to help the container crew keep uniform stack patterns
- Coordinate necessary inventory movements
Inbound
- Ensure that the quantity of items received matches the quantity ordered and stated on shipping documents
- Reconcile differences between the actual shipment and expected inventory counts
- Conduct visual inspections of all incoming inventory to identify damage
- Evaluate damaged item packaging and determine suitability for use elsewhere
- Coordinate movement of damaged inventory
- Document and report any defective or non-conforming goods to the relevant teams for further investigation
- Collect container slips and bring them to the IC Clerk
- Ensure that expiration dates for perishable goods and settings for RFID labeled inventory are recorded correctly in Deposco
Maintain sufficient levels of repackaging materials
- Boxes for griddles and accessories
- Banding
- Staples
- Request boxes from Purchasing and Flexpack
Manage non-inventory in EZOfficeInventory
- Create and maintain locations for Logan Campus and BP4
- Create and maintain IDs for the non-inventory items:
- Marketing items
- Trade Show equipment
- Compliance and Incident Investigation units
- Non-inventory samples
Other responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic reviews of item master records to confirm data is up-to-date
- Participate in damaged disposition and pending obsolete initiatives
- Other tasks as designated by the Inventory Project Manager
Qualifications needed:
- High school diploma or GED
- Exemplary attendance
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Prior experience with Excel, Outlook, NetSuite, and/or Deposco preferred
- Forklift certification desirable (Stand-up, Sit-down)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
