Recruiter III

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Recruiter III to join our Client's team.

Additionally, the Tech Recruiter is responsible for :

• Overseeing the research effort in partnership with our sourcers to map our markets and generate candidate names and target profiles for a high volume of searches
• Creating robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest candidates while ensuring our commitment to diversifying our global workforce;
• Calibrating and fine-tuning candidate profiles with hiring managers;
• Gaining trust of prospective candidates and developing them into active candidates;
• Upholding DB’s hiring bar through rigorous screening, assessment and reference checks;
• Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the group by providing education on industries and market conditions;
• Proactively building out talent networks across diverse functions / industries and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to help develop a competitive advantage;
• Leading client update meetings and leverage data to advance search progress
• Conducting on-site interviews and participating in debrief / hiring conversations;
• Creating and negotiating complex offers through a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits;
