Blackstone Technology Group, an award-winning technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our team at our client’s site in Reston, VA.
As a platform engineer on our team, you'll play a crucial role in translating customer requirements and future goals into innovative solutions that support a mission-critical defense IT system. Your leadership will be instrumental in transforming the way our defense client leverages technology, from integrating advanced solutions to modernizing legacy systems. As a technical leader, you'll shape the digital solutions landscape and identify new opportunities for capabilities that drive the mission forward.
Required :
- Experience developing custom applications and supporting them in a production environment
- 5 years of experience building and supporting DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines
- 3 years of experience with containerization, building images and orchestrating deployments in Kubernetes
- 2 years of experience managing tools deployed with Helm using ArgoCD or Flux and writing custom Helm charts
- 2 years of experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code environments, including activities around the automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing, such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI / CD)
- Knowledge of container networking, monitoring, and storage solutions
- Knowledge of container security technologies with experience evaluating and mitigating or resolving vulnerability findings
