- Develop new and improve existing product manufacturing processes which includes tooling / fixtures, work instructions, and routing or process sheets.
- Lead design and development of machining, brazing, welding, testing, and other fixtures.
- Work with subject matter experts in machining, brazing, heat treating and welding to implement processes that meet customer requirements and cost / quality goals.
