We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee commercial swimming pool projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Coordinate project scheduling and manage timelines effectively to meet deadlines.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and MS Office Suite for project tracking and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Manage budgets and track expenses to maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any potential challenges.
- A thorough understanding of construction and elevation plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including budgeting, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working on various types of construction contracts is a plus.
- The Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand for extended periods and work outdoors.
- The ability to travel as required throughout Texas.
