Shift Hours : Evening / Overnight
Role and Responsibilities
As a Supervisor with Blackwell Professional Support Services, Inc., you will work in collaboration with the Operations Departments to manage the scheduling and staffing tasks of the company for a 24 / 7 operation. The primary responsibility is to coordinate and maintain effective personnel positioning to ensure uninterrupted coverage at client properties with properly trained individuals. Additional duties are outlined below :
- Oversee property scheduling processes and monitor ongoing staffing needs for all company districts
- Respond to and coordinate coverage for rapid response coverage needs
- Directly manage a team of supervisors, non-management employees, and "Flex Officer" employees
- Assist with recruitment efforts to adequately staff teams
- Assist with new employee and transfer employee training
- Ensure company schedules are accurately represented and submitted by given deadline each payroll cycle
- Manage overtime hours
- Complete routine inspections and provide on-the-spot coaching as needed.
- Have a complete and thorough understanding of all company posts and the training requirements associated with each post
- Cross-training on additional administrative duties may be assigned
- Provide introductory information to new clients
- Communicate with clients and customers to ensure satisfactory services are being delivered
