What’s The Job?
- Responsible for overseeing the general operations of the warehouse locations and their staff. Coordinating daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing goods, managing inventory levels and ensuring delivery of goods. The supervisor is expected to maintain organization of the warehouse and enforce procedures and policies. You may be asked to complete tasks at the request of management that is included but not limited to the following.
- What You’ll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part
- Maximizing warehouse productivity
- Maintaining Safety and Quality Standards
- Evaluating and reporting productivity
- Maintaining records and reporting any necessary information to manager
- Performing daily inspections of the warehouse
- Champion of ERP/WMS management
- Auditing orders, receipts, inventory processes and deliveries for accuracy
- Communicate with management in order to enforce and relay information
- Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
What You’ve Done and Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED required, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years of previous or similar experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience using pallet jack or forklift preferred. Ability to obtain certification upon hire is required
- Excellent time management and ability to delegate
- Proven leadership and organization skills
- Proficient data entry skills through Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Problem solving skills and analytical skills

Physical Demands
- Speaking: Constantly (investigates, collaborating with multiple department’s, status updates via Slack instant message, keeping key partners informed of daily progress of material request)
- Mobility: Frequent travel throughout the Oats Overnight Facilities (walking in warehouse)
- Bending/Squatting: Constantly (picking up product, moving product)
- Lifting: Frequent- Lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product)
- Able to be certified on manual and powered pallet jacks or forklifts
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons
