A dedicated Executive Assistant who can support a senior Association Manager is desired. Somone to help in overseeing our portfolio of homeowners associations, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional resident experiences.
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with:
· Day-to-day operations of all associations to maintain well-functioning communities.
· Coordinate association meetings, provide updates, address concerns, and foster positive relationships with residents.
· Communicate effectively with homeowners, board members, vendors, and other community members to ensure the efficient resolution of issues and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
· Enforcement of community rules and regulations, maintaining compliance and addressing violations as necessary.
· Collaborate with vendors to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
· Preparation of reports, newsletters, and other communications to keep residents informed and engaged.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in association management is preferred.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and community members.
· Flexible schedule, including the willingness to work evenings for HOA meetings.
