We have partnered with this family-owned holdings firm with a diverse portfolio spanning multiple business units, including, Multi-family Residential, Single-family Residential, and Retail who continue to thrive in several major markets, including North Carolina (Local). They are independently funded and are a full-fledged Development and Construction firm with a current portfolio exceeding Several Hundred Million Dollars annually.
This role is in their ground-up multi-family business unit. About This Opportunity:
This firm is seeking a Multi-family Project Management Professional in the North Carolina market (Charlotte Metro).Whether you are currently ingrained in tip-to-tail processes or not (preconstruction à project management) is not important. You will have the opportunity to learn development & preconstruction through completion of each project.
This opportunity provides tremendous upside for your professional growth and career advancement. The VP will work with you directly as your valuable mentor and leader. This executive has been successful in the North Carolina market for over 30 years.
Required:
- This role requires prior project management experience completing out-of-ground multi-family projects
- You must already reside in the general Charlotte Metro
- Strong Communicator with great attitude and who arrives each day ready to work and learn
