Job Overview:


We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our fast-paced and dynamic team at Blade Platforms LLC. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys interacting with people.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and offer support to clients regarding our products and services
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open communication and exceptional service
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
  • Update and maintain customer information and feedback in the CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role*
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in learning and keeping up with emerging technologies
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress with ease
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic


  • Experience in a high volume, inbound call center is preferred.
