What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adjunct Faculty - Electrical Department position at Bladen Community College?
We are looking for a skilled adjunct faculty member to join our Math, Science, and Technology Division at Bladen Community College.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching electrical courses and contributing to the College's mission and vision.
- Design and implement meaningful instructional activities, incorporating latest instructional and interactive learning technologies.
- Possess the knowledge, skills, and experience to provide effective instruction in concepts and principles as they relate to the field of instruction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient classroom/lab environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
An associate degree or higher in electrical or electronics or a related field is required, along with relevant industry experience. NCCER and National Electrical Code certification are preferred, as well as a good understanding of electronics and industrial controls.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, procedures, and governmental regulations, as well as write reports and business correspondence.
