\This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled instructor to teach a range of carpentry-related courses, including construction framing, measurement and layout, residential building codes, and estimating project costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students.
\Required Skills and Qualifications

- Able to read, analyze, and interpret policies, procedures and governmental regulations. \
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, instructors, students, and the public. \
- Associate degree in a technical degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience required. \
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to travel between college sites as needed. \
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and frequent standing, walking, and sitting. \
