We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with our main location in Inver Grove Heights, MN. We are hiring a 2nd shift Service Advisor for our Truck Shop. This position handles the day-to-day supervision of shift operations and technicians. We are looking for someone with mechanical aptitude; detail oriented; willing to jump in and help out where needed; and strong computer skills with a great work ethic.
SHIFT :
2nd Shift, Monday- Friday, 3pm- 12am

WAGE : $25- $38 / hr (varies based on skillset and experience)

The essential duties include :
- Provide leadership and direction to the technicians
- Evaluate technician's skillset and provide training as needed
- Assist technicians in locating parts / job related issues
- Schedule shift work
- Call in customer repairs and approvals / unit updates
- Organize shift with parts to pick up and vehicles for repair
- Create estimate (if needed) and invoice repair orders in a timely manner
- Related activities that promote the goals of the Organization
