Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project activities.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Prepare reports on project status, including updates on scheduling and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in Project scheduling and budgeting.
- Proficient in using construction management software such as Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes within the construction industry.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- OSHA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
