Blair Hotels locally owns and operates 5 hotels in Wyoming, offering a unique blend of Western “Blue Jean” Hospitality. Three of these hotels are located at the Buffalo Bill Village Resort in Cody, just 52 miles from Yellowstone National Park. Additionally, Blair Hotels features the Holiday Inn-Riverton Convention Center, a full-service facility in central Wyoming. The Ranch at Ucross in Clearmont, Wyoming, serves as their premier location for vacations, executive retreats, sales conferences, and tour groups, nestled in the scenic foothills of the Big Horn Mountains.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrative Assistant located in Cody, WY. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including providing administrative assistance, performing data entry tasks, supporting the sales team, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves clear communication with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
The core responsibilities from October to April include data entry using Excel and online hotel operating systems, creating files for four of the Blair Hotel properties, entering tour group, FIT and other group reservations into reservation systems, correspondence with groups, travel agents and other guest inquiries, making other reservations over the phone and other areas of support in the sales office.
The Sales Administrative Assistant plays a role at the front desk of the Buffalo Bill Village during the summer months. Core responsibilities at the front desk include proficiency in the SkyTouch Operating System, aiding in the training and ongoing support of the front desk employees, and being able to fill in for any shift. Summer responsibilities also include rate management with the GM and front desk manager, entering group rooming lists, data management for all types of reservations and other areas of support for the front desk.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
