Job Summary:
An Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting operations in the administration of tickets, invoices, phones, and orders. Take ownership of your role by consistently keeping the office area clean and organized, maintaining courteous customer relations, and completing a variety of miscellaneous work while working with a team that feels like family.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support operations in the administration of tickets, invoices, phones and orders, weekly timecards, paperwork, customer callbacks, etc.
- Take orders and determine concrete orders.
- Operate batch controls.
- Schedule available trucks to meet the order volume and time requirement.
- Communicate professionally with customers and the team.
- Give directions to employees as applicable.
- Order and coordinate deliveries from our suppliers.
- Follow the direction of supervisors and operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Promote and enforce a safe work environment.
- Team player mentality and eagerness to cross-train.
- Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work as this job description is non-exhaustive.
Position Requirements:
- Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test.
- AA degree or have previous and successful related experience.
- Grasp new concepts quickly and have a strong comprehension of the material.
- Possess excellent communication skills and understand instructions in both written and verbal forms.
- Dependability and reliability by showing up to scheduled shifts on time and being prepared for work.
- A positive attitude is critical to ensure productive working relationships with co-workers and management.
