Start the 2025 New Year at a new firm! Our small firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to represent Employers and Insurers in workers' compensation defense. Salary is based upon experience. All inquiries are held to strictest of confidence. Generous bonus structure given. Veteran-owned business.

Responsibilities :

  • Litigate before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission
  • Represent clients in Court
  • Depose individuals
  • Prepare legal documents
  • Advise clients
  • Develop defenses
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes

Qualifications :

  • Must be presently admitted to the Virginia bar at time of application
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must have ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Veterans, new, and / or transitioning attorneys are always welcome to apply
