Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for a Property Maintenance Assistant!
A Day in the Life as a Property Maintenance Assistant (but not limited to):
- Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
- Plow snow and keep walkways clear during winter months
- Cut grass and maintain landscaping
- Assist with various facility projects as needed
- Prior maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to operate snow plows, lawn equipment, and basic tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable and willing to take on different tasks as needed
