Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships in Muncy, PA is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team!
A Day in the Life of a Human Resources Generalist (but not limited to):
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related events.
- Manage and update Paycom, ensuring accurate and timely entry of employee information.
- Post job openings on company website and job boards.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assist in the hiring process.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new employee files, conducting orientation sessions, and explaining company policies.
- Support HR in addressing employee concerns and issues, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining HR compliance records and documents.
- Assist in tracking employee training and development progress.
- Assist with special HR projects as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by HR management.
Skill/Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
