- Education/Experience
- Bachelors in business required or relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor of Business
- Customer service experience required
- Minimum 3 years direct sales required
- Extensive knowledge of the business and it’s processes
- Cabinetry and countertop knowledge preferred
- Language, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Extensive verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasion, negotiation and closing skills required
- Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Able to accurately direct questions to the appropriate person

- Required to sit and stand throughout the day

- Walk up/downstairs throughout the workday
