Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Train and mentor staff on service protocols, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organize and coordinate special events, banquets, and private functions as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience in bartending or bar management is a plus.
- Knowledge of food management practices and banquet coordination is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
