What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Project Scheduler position at Blattner Company?
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Serves as a subject matter expert and responsible for all scheduling requirements both internal and external for multiple large projects.
- Supports Blattner Operations Project Management teams through creation, modification, and analysis of resource loaded project schedules.
- Meets and exceeds Client's expectations according to contractual schedule requirements.
- Works with the project management team to update the project schedule as needed and according to Blattner procedures.
- Works with the Project Manager and legal department to ensure project schedule supports contract requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; or equivalent education or relevant experience required.
- Five or more years of experience in project scheduling or a combination of experience in construction and scheduling.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Working knowledge of Risk Analysis software (i.e. -Primavera Risk, Acumen Risk, @Risk, Safran, etc.)
