As a leading architectural, engineering and planning firm, we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with a passion for healthcare design. Bring your passion and experience to HGA and collaborate with our industry thought leaders in healthcare design, sustainability and architectural innovation! We are looking for an individual experienced in actively directing project teams, looking to take a leadership role in building long-term strategic relationships. This position will reside in our Milwaukee, WI office, advancing HGA’s commitment to innovation and design excellence.
In this role you will:
You will need to have:
- 15 years of professional experience honed on increasingly more complex healthcare projects.
- Licensure preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, communicate clearly with team members and clients and have demonstrated the ability to oversee and be responsible for project delivery.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, especially in areas of clinical innovation, operational improvement, planning and strategic positioning for complex hospital systems is needed. Experience with Lean and Evidence-based design a plus.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other industry accepted software as well as expertise with Project Manager software and Microsoft Office products is needed.

Salary Information:
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range: $106,800 - $150,600
