Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to join our team. As an IT Support Intern, you will work closely with our IT staff to resolve technical issues for numerous customers in a fast-paced team environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and provide systems and software training to end-users.
- Coordinate day-to-day ticketing system and collaborate with IT staff to deliver effective solutions to end-users.
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning setup and device configuration.
- Maintain end-user documentation, knowledge base, and recurring communications to the end-user community.
Requirements
- Pursuing a two-to-four-year post-secondary degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Commitment of 9-month minimum internship; part-time in-office arrangement.
