Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our IT staff in resolving IT related issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing numerous customers and working in a team environment to resolve IT related issues.
- Developing and providing systems and software training to the end-users.
- Coordinates day-to-day ticketing system and works with IT staff to provide end-user solutions.
- Assists when required with user onboarding and offboarding process including account provisioning setup and device configuration.
- Maintains end-user documentation, knowledge base and recurring communications to end-user community.
