Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to field personnel, including answering phone calls, distributing mail, and entering time into Heavy Jobs.
- Assist with ordering office supplies, setting up FedEx/UPS shipments, and collecting data on rental equipment.
- Enter employee changes and equipment code updates into timecard software daily.
Qualifications
- One year of experience in administration or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical and Drug Test.
