National Beef, a National Beef Company, is dedicated to being the premier supplier of premium family farm-raised corn-fed Black Angus beef. We offer a variety of employment opportunities in our production and packaging facility in Southeast Iowa.
\Role and Responsibilities
The HR Clerk will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department, ensuring the efficient operation of the team. This will include managing employee files, coordinating recruiting efforts, and providing general clerical support.
Key responsibilities include: maintaining accurate records, preparing correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed.
\Requirements
Two years of progressively responsible clerical experience
Previous experience in an HR department preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Bilingualism a plus (English, French/Swahili,Creolei)
