Commercial Operations - Client Account Manager

Full job description A DAY IN THE LIFE Serves as a liaison and lead point of contact between Blattner and clients through client relationship management including end to end engagement with each client. Meets with key clients on a regular basis to develop an understanding of their goals, needs, and concerns to identify and grow future opportunities. Clearly defines, establishes, and implements plans to identify how client requirements will be achieved (e.g., sets objectives, aligns organizational development practices, implements process improvement strategies). Collaborates with internal teams to address customers’ needs and works with department leaders to create data collection guidelines for internal use. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Bachelor’s degree in business or related area required; or an equivalent combination of education and business-related work experience in a client service position. Minimum of 3 years of direct client account management experience required. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Experience in the construction industry preferred. Persuasive, persistent, and winsome self-starter motivated by challenge and change. Ability to think strategically about the personal impact to the client’s long-term business strategy.
