We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join a leading Commercial General Contractor throughout Texas.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the internal team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure the project stays on track.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Review contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms are met and that risks are identified and mitigated.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients, executives, and other key stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project.
- Lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication across all parties involved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
- Proven experience managing complex commercial construction projects, with a focus on budget and schedule management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- OSHA certification and safety management experience is a plus.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
