We are currently working with an excellent commercial Contractor based in Fort Worth, Tx, who are looking for a talented Project Manager to join their team.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial, large scale drywall and plaster projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and subcontractors, and will manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of drywall and plaster projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to define project scope, timelines, and budget.
- Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors, to ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Handle procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the job site.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Ensure all permits and inspections are completed and up to code.
