Responsibilities:
- Manage building, fleet, warehouse, and dispatch operations.
- Serve as the business’ Service Titan expert.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Handle vendor relationships, Employee Relations and IT work orders.
- Process payroll, invoice batching and customer refunds.
- Serve as the business’ notary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong detail-orientation with the ability to multi-task as needed.
- Positive, conscientious team player who can effortlessly collaborate on teams and project lead as needed
- Previous Service Titan experience preferred, although training will be made available.
