Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Paraprofessionals for a full-time role with school districts in the Muncie, IN area. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about working with students and supporting their educational journey in a classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct support to students in both individual and group settings.
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
- Support students with special needs by assisting in daily activities and ensuring that accommodations are met.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to enhance student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback as needed.
