Job Title : Member Services Clerk (Mailroom)

Summary :
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Member Services Clerk provides clerical support regarding member correspondence and serves as a backup for Mailroom activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepares and mails eligibility packages and other correspondence to participants.
- Types and prepares notes, correspondence and reports.
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter, using copying or duplicating machine.
- Opens, reads, routes / files and prepares incoming / outgoing mail and faxes other records.
- Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
- Compiles and types statistical reports.
- Manage internal KTA process including validating a high volume of documents, utilizing search methods to locate member records and perform additional research in V3 or Dynamics as necessary.
- As a backup, may :
Pickup and distribution of all interoffice and outgoing mail.
Place daily calls for messenger service pick-up for the Funds.

Education and / or Experience : High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
Language Skills : Speak, read, write and understand English, bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
