Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace is seeking an associate attorney with two to five years of civil litigation experience to join our commercial litigation team, which includes trusts and estates, contract and business disputes, construction, and real estate litigation. The right candidate will be a high-energy/capacity litigator possessing strong research and writing skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience handling written discovery, depositions, and motions. Depending upon the candidate's qualifications and experience, the firm expects to pay a competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits.
