Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace is seeking an associate attorney with 5 to 10 years of civil litigation experience to join our commercial litigation team, which includes trusts and estates, contract and business disputes, construction, and real estate litigation. The right candidate will be a high-energy/capacity litigator possessing strong research and writing skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience handling written discovery, depositions, and motions.
