Key Responsibilities
- Lead the requirements gathering and analysis for marketing platform implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define audience segments, develop customer profiles, and ensure that the marketing platform supports these needs.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to provide insights into audience behavior and campaign performance.
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Develop and document business processes, user stories, and system specifications for marketing initiatives.
- Work with IT teams to integrate marketing platforms with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for marketing platform users.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides for marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on marketing platform implementations.
- Proven experience in audience segmentation, customer profiling, and targeting within marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies such as CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience with data modeling and database management.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
- Knowledge of marketing strategy and digital advertising trends.
