About the Role:
We are seeking a highly technical, execution-focused Senior Analyst with deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role is responsible for owning, implementing, and troubleshooting across the Adobe martech stack—no strategy, just action.
You will be the go-to technical expert managing everything from schema design to dashboard delivery, ensuring data flows correctly across Adobe tools and delivering accurate, meaningful customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary owner and operator of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Build and manage CJA dashboards, data views, filters, and breakdowns for advanced journey and funnel analysis
- Design and maintain schemas, set up dataset relationships, and perform identity stitching within AEP
- Integrate omnichannel data sources including web, CRM, mobile app, call center, and offline retail feeds
- Perform instrumentation and tag validation using Adobe Launch (required) or other TMS platforms like Tealium
- Clean and prep data via SQL and tools such as Snowflake or BigQuery before pulling into Adobe platforms
- Support attribution modeling, segmentation logic, and journey mapping within the Adobe ecosystem
- Deliver client-ready dashboards and analysis via Adobe Workspace, Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
- Ensure data privacy compliance aligned with COPPA, GDPR, and enterprise data governance frameworks
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)—this is a must-have
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including building schemas, managing datasets, and identity resolution
- Direct experience using Adobe Launch for instrumentation and validation of digital data capture
- Solid understanding of Adobe data modeling concepts, CJA Connections, and Analysis Workspace
- Competency in SQL and data manipulation using platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Adobe Query Service
- Ability to work across web, app, CRM, and offline datasets, stitching identities and unifying customer journeys
- Familiarity with dashboard and reporting tools like Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or native Adobe tools
- Proven success in supporting marketing and analytics teams in enterprise, fast-paced environments
