Clubhouse Service Staff
The Clubhouse Service Staff are an integral part of the club's service team, responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Director in serving members, guests, and each other. Staff work collaboratively to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the dining areas. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. The starting wage is $10.00 per hour and additional income includes automatic gratuities charged on all dining sales.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to members' requests .
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
- Help cultivate a culture of teamwork and exceptional service by motivating and positively influencing the diverse background of the staff. Clearly communicate service expectations to the team and ensure their understanding and execution.
- Adhere to the Club’s standard operating procedures for the execution of food and beverage services throughout the Club property.
- Adhere to Club policies, operating procedures, and staffing for all F&B areas,
- Assist in the execution of the Golf Club’s golf and social events, including tournaments, banquets, weddings, and other special events.
- Performs all duties associated with a restaurant server including, but not limited to, taking orders, cleaning tables, taking reservations, managing the sales system during shifts, inventory management and organization, and moving tables and setting rooms for dining and events.
- Folds napkins and polishes silverware for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply, restocking condiments, etc.
- Assists maintaining the physical plant and overall appearance of the operation, ensuring a consistently "member-ready" appearance and service.
- Performs other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, or special member requests, and cross training.
- Works varying schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime to reflect the business needs of the Club. Attends departmental meetings as scheduled.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, liquor consumption, and all other food and beverage regulations, keeping updated on industry-related matters.
- Performs other duties as directed by supervisors.

Dining Room & Men's Grille:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00am-2:00pm
Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7:00am-8:00pm
Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm
