We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BlakeSt Maintenance Supervisor to join our Team and oversee the daily operations of our Maintenance department. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining systems and equipment at Blake Street House, coordinating and assigning tasks to the Facilities Team, completing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner. The individual should restore, repair, rebuild or replace faulty items to ensure all equipment runs in the most optimum fashion. The individual should also take optimum care of the pool, hot tub, landscaping and the rest of the facilities.

Responsibilities- In partnership with BlakeSt Director of Facilities, evaluate functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing and following BlakeSt’s preventive maintenance program.
- Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to the Maintenance Team based on priority level.
- Serve as primary trainer for the Maintenance Team on an on-going basis; assisting with onboarding of new team members to ensure thorough understanding of all operational maintenance procedures.
- Monitor and respond to maintenance tickets in HappyFox, ensuring that each task is complete before clearing it from the system.
- Handle guest, staff and manager queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with Community Team to alert Members of closures and scheduled maintenance.
- Complete the Daily Snapshot of maintenance updates.
- With final approval from BlakeSt Director of Facilities, obtain quotes for services, schedule and communicate with vendors. Assist skilled maintenance workers and subcontractors with projects in a safe and efficient manner.
- With final approval from BlakeSt Director of Facilities, research and order parts and equipment, place purchase orders of maintenance supplies, such as pool chemicals, air filters, hardware, etc.
- Help ensure expenditures in relation to equipment are within budget.
- With final review and approval from BlakeSt Director of Facilities, schedule Maintenance Team shifts based on availability, preference, and upcoming projects and events.
- Ensure all FF&E is repaired as needed.
- Attend and help coordinate regular maintenance team meetings.
- Executes weekly inventory of all equipment.
- Ensure division standards, policies, and operating manuals are adhered to.
- Paint and touch up drywall and walls regularly to ensure the Club looks pristine.
- Wash windows on a regular schedule.
- Landscape property on a regular schedule.
- Keep the grounds clean of debris and trash.
- Do daily pool and hot tub tasks such as cleaning and chemical checks. Ensure pool and hot tub functions are working properly and ensure they are serviced as needed.
- Ensure steam room and other wellness equipment are working properly and serviced as needed.
- Ensure all building plumbing, electrical, mechanical and kitchen equipment are repaired as needed.
- Assist with general IT problems in the House and work with approved contractors as needed.
- Minor drain and plumbing repair (e.g. leaking drains, sinks and sprinklers).
- Minor electrical troubleshooting (e.g. light fixtures, fans and low voltage).
- Ensure all light bulbs are in working order and replaced as soon as possible.
- Assemble/disassemble items as needed, install small equipment items and fixtures, etc.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and Arkansas regulations.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous Supervisory experience in Facilities Maintenance capacity.
- Commercial Pool/Spa Operator certification preferred.
- Commercial building maintenance experience preferred.
- Course in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC is preferred.
- Team player who looks for ways to help out other employees whenever needed.

- Detail oriented.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising safety and quality.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
