Apple Outdoor Supply, a division of Blevins, Inc., a financially strong, privately owned wholesaler of building supplies, is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Camp Hill, PA branch. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch customer service that meets or exceeds the high standards set by these marketplaces. This role is absolutely critical to ensuring a seamless, efficient, and highly satisfactory experience for our valued customers. You'll also be a key player in driving sales and helping us achieve our business goals through these channels.

Primary Responsibilities Include
- Utilizing provided reports to enhance inside sales
- Maintaining an established customer base through weekly calls and emails
- Handling order entry and quote preparation
- Working hand in hand with Outside Sales force
- Prior scheduling and AP/AR experience a plus
- HVAC experience a plus

Requirements
- High School or equivalent education
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Basic PC skills required, including proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
- Great organizational skills required
- Professional phone etiquette skills a must
- Data Entry skills required
- Ability to consistently maintain orderly paperwork
