Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site (four days in-office, Fridays optionally remote) role located in Rogers, Arkansas for an executive assistant. The executive assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, and performing general administrative assistance. Day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining executive schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless executive operations.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate to gain exposure to the development, finance, and consulting side of real estate development, with potential funding for additional education and training in the field.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate development is a plus
- Experience with managing expense reports and executive support
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
