Fulfillment, Logistics and Facilities Coordinator

Blezoo is an innovative promotional marketing agency in Central Florida. We are seeking a Fulfillment, Logistics & Facilities Coordinator.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Shipping and Receiving: Quoting, packaging, returns, freight coordination, QCing product, etc.
• Project Fulfillment: Quoting, project management, organizing, executing, managing part-time staff as needed.
• Warehouse Management: Warehouse organization, inventory management, loading/unloading product to and from designated areas such as racks, shelves, and/or vehicles.
• Facility and Grounds Management: Changing air filters, making sure facility is properly taken care of, keeping the warehouse in order, taking out trash/recycling, keeping work areas clean/product in correct locations.
• Facilities Purchasing: Purchasing and managing all items needed at the office including but not limited to paper products, snacks, drinks, stamps, envelopes, fulfillment resources, etc. Also includes coordination of meals for internal team meetings.
• E-Commerce Dashboard Support: Updating SKU#s and photos, coordinating the back end on the site, etc. - web experience not required.
• Leadership Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks to help us run the business including business development research, coordinating meeting arrangements for the team or for guests, or other ad-hoc tasks to help the business run.
• Help with setup, breakdown, and day-of support for company-run events held 2-3x/year.
• Ownership of the Department: Problem solve through unexpected issues and deliver solutions, Develop and maintain department processes, etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Contagiously positive attitude
• People skills; to be personable with clients, colleagues, & vendors
• Excellent communication skills – both written/verbal
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient at prioritizing tasks & staying on schedule
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
• Possionate, engaged, and self-motivated
• Proficient in using computer systems including email and Excel (Mac experience a plus)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to 50 pounds
• May require excessive bending, stooping, and/or standing for long periods
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Majority of work will be done in an air-conditioned, well-lit environment with a moderately quiet noise level.

Desired

1. Experience in a warehouse, shipping, and/or logistics environment a big plus
2. Associates or Bachelor's Degree a plus
3. Knowledge of Shipstation and Asana a big plus
4. Print or Promotional Products experience a big plus
