Starting Pay: $22.00/hour minimum

The Blick Center is a non-profit agency providing quality clinical, day programs and residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis in Summit County and the surrounding areas for over 50 years.

We have a full-time opening for an Employment Specialist: Starting Pay $22.00/hour

Duties include:

• Recruiting activities and use of the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conducting Interviews and hiring direct support professional in residential and day programs.
• Completing onboarding activities for all Agency new hires.
• Provides new hire orientation and training.
• First Aid and CPR instruction (Blick will pay for the trainer’s certification)
• Relias Learning Management and assigning all required training programs to new hires.

Qualifications:

• Recruiting and Interviewing experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are a must!
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Fully competent computer skills, especially with all Microsoft Word software.
• Friendly, upbeat personality.
• High School Diploma, college degree a plus!
