Associate Producer

Depending on the needs of the project, we operate as a hybrid-remote studio, allowing our developers the flexibility to crush milestone goals at the studio or within the comfort of their own home.

As an Associate Producer at Blind Squirrel Games, you will work alongside and assist other members of the Production Department in the daily production operations of one of our many exciting projects!

This full-time role is based out of our Auckland, NZ studio, and we are focusing on local candidates.

This role will include the following responsibilities :

• Ensuring the development processes for your designated areas of responsibility operate effectively and efficiently.
• Acting as a vital conduit of information across your team making sure they are kept informed of project status and any issues or needs.
• Working with more senior team members to create goals and schedules and track team progress towards those goals.
• Reinforcing our company culture of transparency, constant improvement, and empowering support.
• Identifying issues that affect the performance of your team and diligently removing impediments to success.
• Helping to implement improvements to processes and procedures.
