Our Restaurant Managers report to the General Manager and are accountable for taking initiative, being people-focused, and results-oriented. They are responsible for leading their team with a passion for our customers, a strong desire to be better every day and have an ability to build relationships. We pride ourselves on an environment that gives our restaurant managers an increased degree of flexibility to help balance their busy lives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous restaurant management experience required
- Ability to work legally in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bring government issued ID and social security card to the interview

We are a Brewpub - a Craft Brewery & Family Restaurant under one roof. Some come for the food and stay for the beer, some come for the beer and stay for the food. We brew about 1,400 barrels of world class Craft Beer each year, which is about 350,000 glasses. We have been brewing great Craft Beer in Topeka since May 1995. Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
