Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Track and report on company expenses and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audits
- Handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial tasks as required
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role preferred; experience in a marketing or promotional company is a plus
- 4-year degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and strong Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors, clients, and team members
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Motivated to learn and grow in the promotional marketing or advertising industry is a plus
